Also, I’ve found my kid’s spoons to be perfect for mixing vinaigrette’s. 🤷🏻♀️
Raw Veggie Salad
- Whatever vegetables you want
- Any salad base of your choosing; I went with kale, but usually do this with spinach and arugula.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- Dijon mustard
- Wash your stuff.

- Cut your vegetables, combine with salad base.
- Make your vinaigrette: mix olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, salt & mustard together. * if using kale, do this at least 15-minutes before serving as kale needs to cook in the lemon acid.
